As a team of 2 supporting 3 external sales people you will be responsible to the General Manager Sales. Your role purpose is to support the sales team and provide customer services to a range of retail and distribution clients. The product range is of high quality and as such the client base expects an equally high level of service. Your responsibilities will include:
Process local and international orders
- Provide updates to customers regarding delivery timing
- Process payments
- Reconcile accounts
- Answer product related queries from potential and existing customers
This customer facing role needs to keep the customer in the front of mind at all times.
Firstly, this client of ours supply several customers in China and as such you will be required to communicate in Mandarin. Prior experience in sales administration and customer service is required. You will have exceptional telephone communication skills and have worked with a large ERP system in your most recent role.
Customer service needs to be of the highest priority to you!
