The Company
Currently recruiting for a receptionist/administration role for an outstanding non for profit organization in Melbourne's South East. Working within a friendly team based environment

The Role
Reporting to the Manager you will manage your day by completing the following tasks:

  • Day-to-day management of reception
  • Switchboard management
  • Co-ordinating meetings and meeting rooms
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Ad-hoc administration
  • Mail distribution

Your Profile
You will be a motivated individual, with a passion to learn and help your team. You will be a good communicator and very proactive with good initiative. You must be comfortable liaising with senior management and other divisions across the business. To be considered for this opportunity you will need to possess the following skillset:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Efficient in MS Office
  • Previous experience in an receptionist role
  • Excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Attend and manage a high volume of calls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast paced working environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
