Currently recruiting for a receptionist for an outstanding non for profit organization in Melbourne's South East. Working within a friendly team based environment with a culture of 70+ employees.
Reporting to the Manager you will manage your day by completing the following tasks:
- Data Entry
- Front of house receptionist
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Day to day management of reception
- Mail distribution
- Answering a busy switchboard
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to possess the following skillset:
- Excellent time management skills
- Efficient in MS Office
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
