The Company

Our client is a leading retailer providing wholesale, distribution, business and marketing services to outlets across Australia. In the quest to develop a growth culture, the implementation of a new cloud based SAP SuccessFactors HRIS will enable leaders and teams to work together more effectively and ultimately support expansion of the business.

The Role

This position will be a key support for the implementation of SuccessFactors across the business. Specifically, you will be ensuring that the learning delivery supports the project objectives and builds the capability of the teams to use SuccessFactors in their day to day work. You will be responsible for designing and delivering a blended learning package using best practice. In addition, you will be expected to carry out the below:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring learning programs to ensure effective take up of the new SAP SuccessFactors system
  • Design learning materials such as power point sessions, workbooks, classroom sessions, reference guides, glossaries etc to support the delivery of the SuccessFactors learning plan
  • Engage change agent champions across the business who can assist in engaging and inspiring teams to change
  • Conduct pilot learning programs to support the changes across the various business units
  • Develop learning programs that support the behavioural / cultural shift elements needed across the store and distribution network
  • Conduct system testing as part of the design or learning materials
  • Design and develop a system learning testing environment with the SuccessFactors project team
  • Translating technical material into easy to understand information for business teams

Please note - this is a national role with regular state based and interstate travel.

Your Profile

You will have proven track record in delivering complex training packages in multiple locations. In particular you will need the following:

  • At least 3 years' experience designing and delivering system related training with particular focus on SAP SuccessFactors
  • A proven track record in facilitating learning programs
  • Prior experience in corporate learning
  • The ability to design a wide-range of engaging and informative learning materials (classroom based, workbooks, quick reference guides and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience implementing / supporting change management programs
  • Excellent relationship building, communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • A focus on the importance of collaborative teamwork
  • A high level of proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
  • Desirable - Qualifications in Training or relevant discipline
