Finance Manager- Team Leader | Process Improvement

Reporting to the CFO, you are required to undertake an "AS IS / TO BE" project to assess and document the current state of transactional accounting across AP, AR & Treasury functions.
As part of your analysis, you will be required to identify gaps & inefficiencies, and then make recommendations for future process improvement.
Critical to this role, will be strong leadership qualities to enhance the performance of the AP/AR team and get 'buy in' for change.
You will be required to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers around the country.
This role may turn into a permanent position for the right person.
You will come from a high volume transactional encitronment, with the responsibility of managing a transactional AP-AR accounting / shared services team. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of process improvement and process re-engineering.
SAP experience is a must.
