The Company
Our client is an independent co educational grammar school based in the South East of Melbourne. With some of Australia's most outstanding learning resources, the school is growing rapidly, and seeks a HR office to join their HR team.

The Role
Reporting into the Human Resource Manager the duties and responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:

  • Maintaining staff database and leave records
  • End to end recruitment
  • Overseeing all policies and procedures + updating as required
  • Ad hoc duties requested by HR Manager and Officers
  • Conducting payroll on a regular basis
  • HR Filling
  • Shortlisting candidates

Your Profile

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to possess the following skillset:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Efficient in MS Office
  • Previous experience in an HR capacity
  • Excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • A valid working with Children's Check + Police Check
  • Excellent computer skills and confident use of MS Office and any Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS)
  • Ability to priorities task and remain focused in a fast-paced environment
