Reporting to Management you will manage your day by completing the following tasks:
- Contacting their list of clients
- Outbound calls
- Administration (minimal)
- Updating details and information on their database
- Organising and arranging appointments
You will have excellent time management skills, efficient in Microsoft office, and previous experience in a customer service and sales role and an understanding of OH&S practices along with providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
