My client has a reputable name within the healthcare industry based within the South East of Melbourne. Due to annual leave the they are seeking an outstanding Customer Service Officer to join their innovative team.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will also be performing the day to day Administrative tasks for the company and be a vital part of the team. Your daily tasks will be but not limited to:
- Manage inbound calls with a professional manner
- Enter sales orders into AX Dynamics
- Support the overall administrative tasks of the business
- Data Entry
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to keep up to date with the day to day business
To be an asset to this role you must enjoy being the first point of contact for clients with regards to current and past orders. Possess a strong attention to detail, exceptional phone manner and have experience working within a fast paced environment. You will also have to have the ability work autonomously, have a competent understanding of Microsoft and AX Dynamics. However, the most important attributes for our client is to have a candidate with a can-do attitude!
