Course Advisor- Customer Service

Our client is one of Victoria's leading vocational training and education provider based all around Victoria. Every campus features several certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas, apprentices and degree options to students in one of their many branches or online.
Reporting to the team leader, you will be the first point of contact through phone and face to face enquiries. You will be a key participant of the engagement team to ensure a positive outcome for future students. Your daily tasks will be:
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls and walk in's
- Provide enrolment administration to students
- Qualify all course enquiries from initial enquiry to enrolment
- Providing product knowledge of short courses and degrees
- Maintaining customer data base
- Conduct enrolment interviews
You will have extensive experience in a customer service capacity, ideally taking a high volume of calls. For this position you must be self-motivated, have exceptional interpersonal skills and have a confident phone manner. You may require working at different campuses, so for this opportunity you must be flexible with your arrangements. This is a fantastic 6-month opportunity for the right person, you must be immediately available as this role commences immediately.
