Reporting to the State Service Manager, the perfect administrator to join the team will be a professional who is looking for their next career opportunity in a diverse role, with an Accounts Payable component. The duties and responsibilities of the role include the following, but are not limited to:
- Liaise with customers, clients, and sub-contractors in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Record all customer data relating to construction works
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Entering invoices
- Updating various spreadsheets
- Administration Ad Hoc as required
