With a reputable name in the Telecommunications industry, due to growth within Sales they now seek an experienced Administrator to support the Sales team to ensure all administration is processed in an efficient and timely manner.
Reporting to the Sales Manager this role is responsible for:
- Provide support & manage all aspects of sales orders
- Ensure that Service related tasks are managed in an effective and timely manner
- Develop and maintain a high level of confidence in Service support products & services to maximize future business & customer satisfaction.
- Be proactive in identifying gaps in the service documents needs
- Adhere to document quality controls
- Manage administration tasks associated with business system
To be successful for this role you would need to be able to work autonomous and take initiative. As an exceptional communicator you must have the ability to drive change and process improvement. You will liaise between customers and operations so your ability to multi task is a MUST.

- Intermediate to advance MS office
