A well-known organization in the South East is currently seeking a professional Admin All Rounder to join their team of 10 people. An outstanding opportunity is on offer for the next "go to" person working within the Construction Industry.
Reporting to the Office Manager you will manage your day by completing and assisting with the following tasks:
- Day-to-day management of administration
- Switchboard management
- Co-ordinating meetings and meeting rooms
- Diary management for Sales and Service team
- Assisting Office Manager with daily reports
- Meet and greet clients
- Ad-hoc reception
- Mail distribution
You will be an enthusiastic and professional individual, with a can-do attitude, excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Previous experience within the Construction industry is desired, but not essential. My client is looking for someone with previous experience within a similar, fast paced role and ready to jump into the next stage of their career.
