The Company
It is that time of year again where some of our loyal clients find themselves needing some extra pair of hands around the office to support multiple divisions/areas of the business. With our clients ranging across multiple industries such as Manufacturing, Professional Services, Healthcare and Education, we are looking for office "all-rounders" who are adaptable, and can dive right in to relieve some of the pressure off customer service, admin and sales teams on a temporary basis.

The Role
As an Office Administrator your duties may involve:

  • Answering inbound calls and enquiries

  • Assisting with data/order entry, invoicing and purchasing

  • Liaising with internal/external departments and stakeholders

  • Photocopying, scanning, filing

  • Creating and maintaining documents

  • Scheduling/Booking appts for Managers/Directors

  • Relief Reception

Your Profile
You are a well spoken and presented individual with a charismatic personality. You have a natural willingness to help and support others and have an impeccable attention to detail.

You MUST have at least 2 years' experience in a busy office environment (in customer service, reception or admin) and are available to start ASAP.
