Our client is a medium sized architectural lighting wholesale business located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The Role
Working in a close-knit team of 5, reporting into the Sales Support Manager you will be the point of contact for providing customer support to all wholesale customers, your main responsibilities will include the following;



  • Liaise with wholesale customers to clarify orders

  • Processing of high value orders into internal data base

  • Updating customers ETA's

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers

  • Follow up with new and existing clients to resolve any issues regarding orders

  • Participate in all Ad hoc projects


About you
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong administration and customer service after care support experience. You will be passionate about building strong relationships with others and looking to develop their skills. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment. Our client is seeking a collaborative individual who has a great attitude who is a "big picture" thinker and has the commercial smarts. In return, you will work alongside a tenured team who work hard but support each other, work collaborative across all divisions and participate in team building events.


Requirements



  • Previous experience gained in a professional, corporate environment.

  • Computer literate, with intermediate MS Office skills
