There is an opportunity to join a small and busy legal firm in Melbourne's South East. We require an all round administrator to join their team on a short term temporary basis.
Previous experience as an Administrator is essential. You will work closely with the site supervisors to ensure a smooth process in allocating orders and liaising with customers. Your duties will mainly entail;
- Assisting with the drafting of wills, probate documentation
- Typing correspondonce
- Liaisng with clients
- Ad-hoc administration as required
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience within a law firm as a secretary/assistant.
A strong working knowledge of Microsoft office is required (Intermediate level Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
This role is starting immediately, and you will need to have your own vehicle as this role isn't accessible by public transport.
