Seeking a customer service support administrator to join a leading sporting equipment company based in Dandenong. Our client has a strong focus on staff engagement and supporting a well engaged and motivated team. You will be provided with regular training, support and professional development.
We are seeking an enthusiastic temporary staff member to come onboard to hit the ground running. Reporting directly into the Customer Service and Logistics Manager, your day to day duties will include but not be limited to the following;
- Respond to face-face, telephone and electronic custotomer enquiries
- Raising purchase orders using SAP
- Build relationships with stakeholders
- Record and maintain electronic records
- Lodging paper work and procerssing returns
- Resolving issues/complaints and liaising with internal departments
- Providing quotes and invoices to customers
- Ad-hoc administration
