Our client based in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne are a privately-owned Registered Training Organisation experiencing some healthy growing pains in the lead to the busiest time of the year. They offer a range of courses- mainly in the project management space, helping many professionals advance their current skills to the next level.


The Role
Reporting into the customer service manager, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and assisting with several different enquiries and solving problems. Your daily duties will include but not be limited to the following;



  • Answer a high volume of prospective and current student calls regarding enquiries

  • Record all customer data into internal CRM in an efficient and accurate manner

  • Schedule in students to relevant timetables

  • Provide accurate product information to existing and potential students

  • Assisting with all administrative duties

  • Provide specialist enrolment support to ensure a seamless and high-quality student experience

  • Updating various spreadsheets via excel

We require someone who is available to work rotating shifts (7am-3pm or 3pm-8pm). We are looking for a resourceful, client centric team player who can come on board and hit the ground running.


You will be provided and guided with two weeks of training to assist with the complexities of services they offer. If you have experience working within a customer service/call centre capacity (education desirable but not essential), have an adaptable approach to a fast-changing environment and enjoy developing rapport with existing and new customers, this will be the role for you!




This position is a 6-month temporary full-time position and require you to be immediately within 1-3 days.
