Your new company is a rapidly growing logistics business, who are known nationally for their reputable service, and focus on providing impeccable customer service. Due to strong success over the last 12 months, they are now looking to expand their team of dedicated, outgoing customer service officers.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your new role will be to ensure the upkeep of their reputation by delivering high end customer service via phone and email.
- Answer inbound calls and enquiries
- Process bulk customer orders
- Prioritise urgent tasks
- Inform and update customers
- Resolve customer issues under time constraints
- Follow up with customers to ensure delivery of service
Your background is primarily based around customer service, within a call centre or within transport and logistics. You are highly organised and detail oriented with a fast and accurate typing speed. The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure and time constraints and be able to make quick decisions, whilst keeping the customer happy. Communication is key in this position, so you will need to be a natural communicator.
