As a Client Services Support Specialist, you will be supporting various departments, providing a strong level of customer service skills to internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all aspects of customer service, your daily tasks will include but not be limited to;
- Entering sales orders into SAP B1
- Replying to quotation requests
- External liaison with distributers
- Support the overall administrative tasks of the business
- Provide support to the National Service Manager
- Efficiently processing and facilitating stock requests internally
To be successful for this position, you will have at least 3 years' experience as a customer service representative in a back-office position. Our client requires outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, a strong eye for detail and can problem solve independently. SAP B1 is desirable but not essential. You will be a part of a fun, young team who will support and mentor you.
