The Role



  • Liaising with wholesale customers to clarify orders

  • Processing high value orders

  • Utilising internal database

  • Purchase ordering

  • After sale issues/warranties

  • Updating customers with ETA's


Your Profile
You are not only focussed on providing support, but maintaining and continually building on relationships with established clients. You are proactive in your approach and will take it upon yourself to invest in learning products, processes and procedures.



  • Must have strong MS Office Suite skills

  • Deadline driven

  • A team player

  • Ability to think outside the box
