Our clients brand operates from a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Dandenong South, priding themselves on being highly involved in proving the right culture for their team in offering on going support and growth.
Reporting into the Manager, you will be the sole communicator between the project manager and the factory floor.
- Create a cutting sheet of specific products for factory floor
- Liaise with warehouse team
- Ensure all materials are purchased within quote
- Processing of invoices
- Raise and manage purchase orders for required materials
- Perform routine calculations
You will have at least two years' experience in an administrative role within the construction field/ and or be an Engineering graduate seeking a new challenge in the construction industry. The main criteria for this position is having strong attention to detail, strong computer skills (Intermediate excel is a MUST and effective communication skills.
