The Company
Our client is a global medical supplies company, that manufacture and distribute medical packs for hospitals and clinics across the world. With a huge focus on being compliance and customer service driven they are seeking an experienced administrator to work in their tenured team where they offer support and development.


The Role
Reporting into the Administration Manager and Accounts Manager, your main duties will include but not be limited too;



  • Accounts administration, process supplier and customer invoices

  • Invoicing using MYOB

  • Account receivables and payables

  • Answering phone calls and assisting with all general queries

  • Preparation of documents for job files

  • Assist with all ad-hoc duties


Your Profile
To be eligible for this position, you will have experience working in a combined Administration/Accounts position liaising with customers and assisting with queries. It is essential that you have strong attention to detail, be a quick learner and enjoy working within a team. If this sounds like you please apply now!
