Incorporated over 30 years ago, this organisation has retained a 'hands on' approach with all aspects of their specialised consultancy services. Focussing on a niche market and putting a strong focus on regional Victorian areas has contributed greatly to the success they have experienced - doubling their growth over the past 7 years. This organisation is now operated by a Board of Directors, all of whom are active within the business, alongside key managers, who are highly experienced in their respective roles.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end finance function of the business. Your experience with business partnering alongside an ability to identity areas of improvement will be highly advantageous. This is a permanent part-time position, 30 hours per week spread over 5 days.
- Maintain business cash flow forecast
- Prepare profit & loss and balance sheet monthly
- Prepare annual accounting reports
- Government reporting requirements such as BAS, PAYG, payroll tax
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Accounts payable & receivable as required
- Review and improve current accounting systems
You will be degree & CPA qualified with at least 5 years of experience within a similar role. This role is perfect for an individual returning to work or someone who is looking to escape the hustle & bustle of the city!
