Our client is a leading IT company seeking a hardworking Payroll Manager to join their dynamic, fast-growing team. The Role

The role will require you to report to the CFO and will focus on;

  • Managing the processing of weekly and monthly payroll for over 2400 employees
  • Inputting data from new associates and updating employment changes
  • Arranging transfers from the company's account to employee accounts
  • Processing termination and ad-hoc payments
  • Interpreting awards, agreements and contracts
  • Completing the End to End Payroll processing on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Assisting with month end reporting and associated journals
  • Resolving and liaising with staff for any payroll queries with a strong customer service mindset
  • Improving Payroll Processes and Systems
  • Managing, mentoring and coaching 4 staff members.

Your Skills & Experience

Payroll Management experience spanning at least 3+ years with a large corporation.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Remarkable attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening).

Strong experience in ADP and/or PeopleSoft experience preferred.

Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.

Ability to easily learn new systems.
