Located across more than 20+ locations around the world, this professional services organisation is expanding their infrastructure team by bringing on a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst to remotely troubleshoot issues for all their internal located across Australia. This role will also require you to be a point of contact for the organisations customers/clients.
The key thing about this exciting role is a chance to further train and develop key IT skills which give you a chance to be promoted into a more senior service desk role or security based role.
- Windows 7-10
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum 1+ years working in a Service Desk/IT based role
- Professional services background is highly favorable
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills

- Team player

The role will pay $55,000-65,000 (including super) depending on experience!
