An exciting new role has arisen for a talented IT Trainer to lead the charge for Digital technology adoption.
You will be key to increasing the adoption of digital technology solutions in the workplace and identifying and implementing innovative ways to communicate the benefits of using new technologies.
As a change champion for the e-Learning framework, you will have a focus on the user experience and how to deliver value to the firm through best use of the it's IT systems.
Skill set / Experience needed -
Experience working as a digitally focused IT Trainer
Experience with traditional classroom and 1:1 training methods (in person and remotely)
Development of Australia wide communication plans
Develop, design, and implement fit-for-purpose training programs
A focus on continuous improvement
Strong level 2 skills (technically savvy)
Excellent written and verbal skills
Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace training (desirable)
Experience of introducing change successfully in respect of the adoption of new technologies to support business processes
Experience in instruction design using Storyline, Captivate or Camtasia or software like these
Excellent knowledge of desktop applications including MS Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ideally is Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certified for each of these. Skype for Business experience is advantageous
Understanding of Transformational change and Change management in projects
Familiar with document management systems
Ability to deliver training to users in remote locations and experience working in a virtual team
