An exciting IT Support Analyst/Systems Admin / Lead opportunity has arisen to work within a small team environment.
This is a broad role with a strong initial focus on setting up the Sydney service desk and looking for ways to eventually improve the overall IT related processes, incidents and service management framework.
As the IT Support Analyst you will also be strong in the helpdesk support with the view to act as a mentor/lead to new Support staff which will be onboarding within the next 12 months
The role will report into the CIO who's focus is to maintain an enjoyable team environment that provides an excellent IT Support services to the business's 100 Staff
