An exciting L2/3 Support/Junior Systems Admin opportunity to oversee, support and administer the businesses systems/infrastructure whilst providing 1st and 2nd level maintenance and support.
This is a broad role with a strong initial focus on setting up systems and looking for ways to eventually improve the overall IT related processes, incidents and service management framework.
The L2/3 Support/Junior Systems Admin you will also be the 3rd level escalation point for any/all systems related issues passed up from the support desk and administer & maintain Cloud (365) environment.
Most of IT is based in Lewisham, and this role will be in Lewisham for 4-6 weeks whilst you come up to speed with the environment. You will then be based from Woolloomooloo to work independently. You will need to be able to organise yourself and work alongside a remote team.
The role will report into the Service Desk Manager who's focus is to maintain an enjoyable team environment that provides an excellent services to the business's
The Technologies you need to have an understanding of are;
Windows 7, Office 2010, Exchange, Hyper V, Cloud (365/Azure/AWS) Experience, back ups, Remote/Phone support
