THE ROLE

The role of the Supervisor is to oversee and ensure the accurate and timely execution of key financial processes including but not limited to month end reporting, weekly and monthly sales and critical Licensee and Business reporting.

The Supervisor is to provide accurate, timely and professional customer service to all customers both internally and externally to the business whilst adhering to strict SOX compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities and Tasks of this Role

  • Creates and support high team performance environment
  • Execute and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Complete timely and accurate general ledger account reconciliations
  • Completion and distribution of key financial report to the business and Senior Leadership Tea
  • Support Insurance claims as required
  • Maintain Rental structures
  • Perform monthly rental charges
  • Effectively manage advertising reconciliations and payments
  • Ensure SOX compliant at all times
