The Role

This role is a great opportunity for someone who has a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis or Commercial Financial Business Partnering with a strong focus on Strategy and Cost Saving initiatives. The role will sit as the head of the Commercial Team and report directly to the Managing Director. The role will include:

  • Variance analysis of the financials
  • Business partnering/advising
  • Financial modelling
  • Building/Reviewing business cases
  • Driving the annual budget and business plan
  • Process improvements and cost saving
  • Looking after a team of 3 direct reports

Your Profile

The ideal profile that would be suitable for this position will have experience in the FP&A space previously ideally in a product based organization such as Retail, FMCG or Manufacturing. In addition you will:

  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be locally CA/CPA Qualified
  • Have great managerial skills
  • Be extremely confident on Excel
  • Be a creative thinker
  • Be ambitious and able to work autonomously as well as within a team
