The Company

Our client is an exciting and modern US Listed Pharmaceutical organization. They are currently going through a great expansion and are looking to add to the headcount in the Commercial Finance Team. This newly created role will be a Finance Business Partner to a particular division and will help to continue the growth and plans of the business. They have recently moved into brand new stunning offices in a prime location. The culture in the business is fantastic with a huge family feel and a great ethos to both work and social life balance. This opportunity will give exposure to great career growth and opportunities being able to work across different fields with a varied work load.

The Role

This role will be a Finance Business Partner to help increase revenue. It is a broad role dealing with both financial and non-financial stakeholders in the business. The role will have a focus on owning a P&L and helping others in the business understand the financials. In addition you will:

  • Be involved in the Budgeting and Forecasting for the division
  • Identify trend analysis in the products
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the business
  • Be part of key financial decisions and the lead for many projects
  • Help to increase revenue and grow the company
  • Streamline any processes and procedures

Your Profile

We are very much looking for a certain type of person for the role and you must be able to be a forward thinker and look at every aspect of the business with a broad perspective. Someone with a 'hands on' approach to work who can influence, and be confident in speaking to, many different stakeholders across the business, will be a great fit from a cultural perspective. In addition you will:

  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be CA/CPA Qualified
  • Have strong technical Excel skills
  • Be a creative thinker
  • Have worked in a large complex organization
  • Have experience with Business Partnering and have excellent Stakeholder Management
