Our client is seeking a receptionist - available immediately for work. You will up hold a professional demeanor and excellent work ethic.
Your role will involve:
* Day-to-day management of reception
* Co-ordinating meetings and meeting rooms
* Meet and greet clients
* Arranging catering needs for the office
* Ad hoc duties as required
* Maintaing showroom/ coffe machines and appliances
You will be a highly organized and professional Receptionist, who must have switchboard experience. You will have a bright personality, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. The right candidate must have experience working on a reception role and have the ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment. You will have a proactive attitude and look to bring your positive energy to this environment!
