As a Recruitment Consultant for the Technology team, in addition to dealing with existing clients, you will be tasked with adding to your portfolio of clients through business development activities.
Our Recruitment Consultants operate a 360° methodology whereby you be responsible for:
- New business generation and account management
- Candidate acquisition
- Skills evaluation
- Interviewing, referencing and representation in the marketplace.
Training is conducted at the desk and in the field by highly skilled and experienced members of the business. In addition you will join your colleagues in centralised group training programs hosted regularly in Sydney, Melbourne and occasionally in Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo.
