As a Recruitment Consultant in the Management Resources Division, you will be responsible for:-
- Sourcing and selecting the best consulting talent in the market
- Identifying loan staffing, staff augmentation and project consulting engagements for our consulting talent with clients ranging from solo operations through SME's to global multinationals
- Competing against Big 4 and other professional services firms for deliverable-based consulting opportunities through Protiviti, our full-service management and IT consulting subsidiary
A Recruitment Consultant in Management Resources is tasked with building relationships with decision makers up to the highest levels of an organisation. You will gain an understanding of an organisation's needs and then offer consulting opportunities in many specialised project areas such as finance and accounting, finance optimisation, operations management and risk, compliance and audit. You will therefore possess very strong communication skills and have the ability to talk with hiring managers at all levels, from Finance Managers to CEO's, about the challenges facing their teams or companies. You will be comfortable business developing, be a self starter and autonomous.
