Robert Half are looking to recruit a proactive and knowledgable Finance Manager to join a global business services organisation with a very dynamic and young office culture.
Reporting to the Finance Director in the UK, you will be managing a team of four transactional staff and will be responsible for the financial analysis and reporting of cash flows, monthly management reporting including P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis reports, implementation of improved management accounting and reporting and other ad-hoc duties as required.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in your role as Finance Manager, you will ideally have;
- 3-5 years managerial experience in similar role
- MYOB experience
- Knowledge of UK GAAP (desirable, not essential)
- A proactive work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines
