Requiring an immediate start, and based in the CBD, this professional services company with over 20 years in Australian market is seeking an Accounts Officer on a temporary basis for 5 months. Our client is strong player within their specialist industry and having recently implemented Navision, having a skill set with this ERP will be highly regarded.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the accounts payable and receivable functions including various reconciliation duties.
Various responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring invoices are correctly coded and approved
- Processing invoices for payments
- Preparing payment runs across Australia
- Account Reconciliations
- Raising and amending purchase orders
- Collating invoices to be sent to customers
- Ad hoc duties as required
The successful candidate will have a working knowledge Navision and be immediately available. You will be proficient in Excel and have unparalleled organizational skills as moving between two teams will require the ability to multitask.
In addition you will have strong written and verbal communication and possess the ability to take initiative to work independently and as a part of the team.
