My client is an established hospitality, accommodation and facility management business who provide services to various industry sectors (including mining, education, government, health and aged care businesses) across Australia.
As the IT Support Lead you will be part of a close knit team of 4, managing a support desk across network, hardware, system and applications for 500+ users. You will be driven to lead processes across the IT department, including:
