This Sydney based Animal Welfare company has over 120 veterinary clinics across Australia and New Zealand. With recent restructuring, this is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop with the company as you collaborate with other IT managers to grow the service desk team and maintain the overall IT infrastructure.
As a Service Desk Team Lead you will be involved in the management, development and mentoring of a service desk of 12 people.
You will be heavily involved in all aspects around the management of the service desk including, but not limited to:
This role also has the strong potential to eventually grow into a Service Delivery Manager position!
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:
To be considered for this great opportunity, you will need to have at least 2 years experience managing a service desk of around 10 people. Industry experience in retail or healthcare is desirable.
You must also have exposure to most of the following technologies:
This is a full-time, permanent position located in the Western Suburbs (Eastern Creek) of Sydney, with a remuneration package of $85-95k + super (dependent on experience).
