This Sydney based sports retail company has approximately 250 retail stores throughout Australia and New Zealand, with over 1500 staff. With a well-established IT team of approximately 20, this is an exciting opportunity to join a company that harnesses a fun and social working environment.
As a service desk analyst, you will be providing support to all the retail stores and internal staff with any issues related to IT, including general hardware/software support.
This role has a strong emphasis on customer service and requires someone with a fun and easy-going personality.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, you will need at least 12 months experience in a similar IT support role.
