The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for delivering quality service outcomes to the customer. This is achieved through working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we exceed customer expectations.

It is expected that the incumbent has 1-2 years' experience in a proactive service environment exceeding customer expectation, where it was necessary to build relationships with regular contacts. Communication both written and verbal must be a strength of the incumbent.
