The Company:



A large logistics company based in Western Sydney with over 200 employees at the head office and 500 Australia wide. They provide shipping services, package and delivery management and are one of the largest global mail and courier services.



The role:



You will be providing support for about 200 internal users in the head Office based in the Western Suburbs of Sydney. Additionally, you'll be providing support for a multiple location around Australia with around 500 staff Australia wide.



You will occasionally be required to travel to multiple satellite sites around NSW and support their infrastructure and users.



KEY TECHNOLOGIES:



  • Windows 10

  • Active Directory (Group policy, DHCP and DNS)

  • Exchange

  • VMware

  • Azure

  • Office 365

  • Networking (cisco switches)

  • Windows Server



The successful candidate will have 5+ years in a Desktop Support role, working in a corporate environment. Finance experience is preferred however experience in professional services will also be appropriate.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.





This is a full-time permanent role based in Western Sydney and is offering $70 - 80k (plus super) - depending on experience.
