The company operates on a national level with over 400 retail stores across Australia, where you will be based in their Western Sydney office.
You will be providing excellent Level 1 service desk support to various user sites, working with Microsoft (Windows 8/10), Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365. As part of a close-knit team, you will be know how to prioritize queries and provide excellent IT support, particularly over the phone.
