The Company is a growing logistics company based in the Western Suburbs of Sydney.
They are an ASX listed company with multiple sites around Australia and a global presence. They have a strong IT presence and growing team to support this broader client base!
The role will be based around providing remote troubleshooting to end-users in a level 1 capacity. Solving issues where possible and escalating the issues to a level 2 team where necessary.
The role will require someone with excellent communication skills to be able to both understand and explain issues and resolutions over the phone. The individual will be able to support software, hardware and networking issues remotely.
Skills and requirements:
- 12 months in a level 1 service desk role
- Experienced with Microsoft support (AD, Windows 7/8, office and outlook)
- Excellent listener and clear communicator
The ideal candidate will have recent experience in providing level 1 customer support and will be able to communicate clearly.
The role has weekday shifts with a rotating weekend roster.
