They've been operating for over 50 years and are established in nearly 20 countries around the globe.





THE ROLE




This role involves working on a busy Service Desk to support 600+ users spread across multiple sites in Australia & New Zealand.



Your duties involve providing Level 1 IT Helpdesk Support across hardware/software, telecommunications, applications, peripherals, network, and internal systems.




You'll be working across the following:



  • Windows 7/8

  • Active Directory

  • Outlook / Exchange

  • Office 2010

  • Network troubleshooting - TCP/IP etc

  • Windows Server 2008/2012 R2

  • SOE deployment, re-imaging PC's

  • Troubleshooting printers and mobile devices.

  • Ad hoc project work




A SUITABLE CANDIDATE?



This role is suitable for a customer service champion with IT support & troubleshooting skills across software/hardware and strong experience across Microsoft technologies.



Skills / knowledge / experience needed:



  • Active Directory administration

  • Windows 7/8

  • MS Office

  • Outlook

  • Printer troubleshooting experience

  • Mobility experience (iPhones, Androids, tablets etc)

  • General network troubleshooting knowledge (TCP/IP, WAN/LAN).

  • A friendly, energetic and enthusiastic personality.

  • Experience using a ticketing system




This is a full time permanent role located in in Western Sydney with free on-site parking and is offering up to $55,000 (plus super)
