This company is a firmly established and highly successful international business that operates in the Supply Chain Management & Distribution industry.
They've been operating for over 50 years and are established in nearly 20 countries around the globe.
This role involves working on a busy Service Desk to support 350+ users spread across multiple sites in Australia & New Zealand.
Your duties involve providing Level 1 & 2 Desktop & Helpdesk Support across hardware/software, telecommunications, applications, peripherals, network, and internal systems.
The support involves a mixture of face-to-face and remote support.

This role is suitable for a customer service champion with IT support & troubleshooting skills across software/hardware and strong experience across Microsoft technologies.
Skills / knowledge / experience needed:
This is a full time permanent role located in in Western Sydney with free on-site parking and is offering $60,000 - $65,000 (plus super) - depending on experience.
