This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Service Management/Delivery Lead to take the next steps in their career within an exciting a large company in a great Sydney location.
The role of the Service Management Lead is to ensure IT services are delivered by the managed service providers and other vendors in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics. The role is the owner of the service management process so is accountable for the process, governance and framework associated with those processes. In addition to the day to day accountabilities, the role also has the opportunity to review our existing process and bring in new ways of thinking so that the IT organization can to adapt to new ways of working such as DevOps, Agile, etc.
In this role you will be working across the following:
- Degree qualifications in IT/Business or related discipline
You must have 5+ years' experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role. You will have experience in providing application service support as well as managing SLAs with partners. Must be able to work autonomously in a busy environment.
