They are a large household name that's developed a fantastic reputation across ANZ.

This role is based close to Blacktown in Western Sydney with free on-site parking available.


Level 2 IT Service Desk Analyst position working in a busy and fast-paced environment to support 400+ locations across Australia & New Zealand.

Being in the Level 2 team you'll be handling escalations and more complex IT issues across telecommunications, applications, peripherals, networks, desktops, POS and internal systems.

Key technologies you'll be exposed to include:

  • MS Windows 7 & 8.10
  • Active Directory
  • Office365
  • Exchange 2013 & 2016
  • Citrix Xen App 7.5
  • VOIP
  • Network printers
  • Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
  • Remote support tools
  • Network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
  • Microsoft SQL (for applications)


Suitability will heavily be determined around an individual's intelligence, initiative, problems solving skills and personality.

The following is needed:

  • Highly competent Level 2 troubleshooting and support skills inside a mid-sized Service Desk environment.
  • Extensive experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure (AD, Exchange,
  • Networking knowledge, understanding and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, WAN/LAN etc).
  • Applications support experience is beneficial (SQL troubleshooting & diagnostic tools etc).
  • Highly competent troubleshooting and problem solving skills is essential.
  • A good sense of humour!

This is a full time permanent role based near Blacktown in Western Sydney. It is offering $60,000 - $65,000 (plus super) - depending on experience.
