Join a large and well-known ASX listed retailer with stores across ANZ, employing over 1500 staff. Currently, they are recruiting for a Level 1 IT Service Desk Support Analyst to be a part of their team.
The IT support analyst recruited will be providing level 1 support for their retail stores across ANZ, providing remote support for desktops, hardware, software, basic networking etc.
The technologies which will be supported in this role are Active Directory, Outlook, Windows 7/8/10, Office, ServiceNow ticketing system, networking knowledge (TCP/IP, WAN/LAN)
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- A minimum 12 months experience in a similar Service Desk Analyst role
- Experience with Microsoft support (AD, Windows 7/8, Office, Outlook).
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Motivated and outgoing personality
