As the Service Desk Analyst you'll be providing Level 1 IT support & troubleshooting across hardware, software, networks & mobility to multiple sites across Australia & New Zealand.
This role sits in a mid-sized Service Desk team and involves both face-to-face and remote support.
Please note this role will be working the Saturday & Sunday shift (9am-5pm) + 3 additional days of your choice during the week.
