A local, growing company is actively seeking a Help Desk Analyst with a customer-service mindset to join their team.

As a part of their Level 1 support team, you will have a great opportunity to grow your skills in a hands-on manner. This position will provide on-site and remote technical support across multiple locations.

You will be supporting the following technologies (among others):

  • Windows 7 troubleshooting and support experience.
  • MS Office (primarily Outlook)
  • Active Directory (user creation, password resets, etc.)
  • Point-of-sale experience
  • VoIP

To be successful in this position, you will need to be a very motivated individual and willing to come in and "hit the ground running."
