With a one month hand over, and support from a finance tem, your responsibilities will include;
- Collection of debts
- Negotiation of payment terms
- Debtor reporting
- Resolving debtor queries
- Sending out statements and letter correspondence
- Credit assessments
As the successfull applicant, you will have recent high volume collections experience within a professional services environment with a strong focus on customer service. You will be comfortable on the phone with a professional, empathetic and courteous manner. You will thrive working in a deadline driven environment, work well under pressure in a high volume environment and be skilled in reconciling complex accounts. Intermediate Excel sills would be highly regarded.
