This trusted Robert Half client is a recognized leader within a growth industry sector enabling work stability and a great work environment. On a 4 week temporary basis they require the support of a Credit Controller to join a collaborative and welcoming Finance Team.
Your responsibilities will include yet no limited to:
- Collection of debts
- Negotiation of payment terms
- Debtor reporting
- Resolving debtor queries
- Sending out statements and letter correspondence
You will have recent high volume Collections experience with a strong focus on customer service. You will be comfortable on the phone with a professional, empathetic and courteous manner. You will thrive working in a deadline driven environment, work well under pressure in a high volume environment and be skilled in reconciling complex accounts. Previous experience with an ERP and intermediate Excel sills would be highly regarded.
